A glimpse into what your wedding photography journey will look like, from sending an enquiry all the way
through to the wedding day and recieveing your photos.

I will do my very best to get back to you within 24hrs. During peak wedding season this may be a little longer.

When filling out your form, please make sure to fill out all of the information required. The more I know about your wedding plans,
the better.

Consultation
Next steps would be to arrange a FaceTime or call so we can get to know each other better & discuss your hopes for your wedding photos.
We'll also chat through how I work, and my approach on the day. It's a great way to get to know each other better & see if we'd make a good team.

Reserving your wedding date
I'm able to hold summer dates for a period of 2 weeks max due to the demand for peak months. Dates are secured on a first come-first served basis.
That being said, if you need a little longer due to unforeseen circumstances, I'm able to be flexible and offer a little extra time (providing your date isn't in high demand).

Booking & securing your date
In order to make a booking I require a deposit payment on £400 for full day weddings, and £250 for half day weddings. This deposit remains non-refundable at all times.
I also require a signed copy of my T&Cs contract, which will be sent to your following our consultation call.

A booking will not be made without receipt of both the deposit & T&Cs.

Planning & venue meetings
I will be on-hand throughout the planning process, and have multiple guides that I will send over during the lead up to the wedding. I like to meet up for a coffee where possible for planning discussion. If I haven’t previously worked at a venue, I advocate to meet there so I can get a feel for the location, lighting, and space, (distance dependant).

I always create a bespoke photography timeline for each couple which is refined throughout the process , sp to ensure we have everything covered.

Pre wedding shoots
I solidly believe that pre shoots are one of the reasons my couples feel so comfortable with me being their wedding photographer. They provide valuable practice ahead of your wedding to help calm any nerves around the camera, and to get you guys used to the way I photograph. It’s very light hearted, and my couples really enjoy them.

Pre shoots are included in my full day packages, and can be added onto half days if you so wish.

Pre wedding questionnaire
I send out a comprehensive wedding questionnaire about a month or so before the wedding, which is to be completed and sent back to me ahead of the big day.

It asks you to confirm all the important details, fill our your group shot lists, provide information for your other wedding suppliers & more. It will be my Bible on the day.

Final prep call
One month before the wedding, I will schedule a final prep call, so we can chat through any last minute developments, and ensure our photography plans are as expected.

Typically, these calls will be carried out on a weekday as we're likely to be in the midst of wedding season, but I can do the occasional weekends if absolutely necessary.

The Big Day!
On the big day itself, I will arrive at the agreed time, and head to my first location (eg. morning prep room). I’m conscious that wedding days should not revolve around photos, so always aim to blend in, make friends with the wedding party, and remain true to my fly-on-the-wall style. There will be some instances where I will need to take direction (ie confetti, family portraits, sparkler tunnels etc), but will endeavour to do so respectfully.

Sneak peeks
As soon as I arrive home from a wedding day, I get to work backing up all of the photos onto multiple hard drives.
Within 24-48hrs of the wedding, I promise to send out at least 10 sneak peek photos,, as I want you to relive the magic as soon as possible.

Gallery delivery & timelines
The full gallery will take between 6-8 weeks to edit, depending on my schedule. I aim to work as efficiently as possible, so if my editing queue isn't gigantic, you may receive your gallery in a shorter amount of time.

The final photos are delivered through a password-protected online gallery.

Albums & USB boxes
Your wedding photos will also be transferred onto a USB stick, which is sent to your doorstep in a beautiful gift box.
Those who have an album included in their package, will also receive this c.1month from the date they receive their online gallery. This is due to the albums being beautifully handmade and eco-friendly :)
